A Special Thank You...

I hired Lee to cater a small vital lunch for a new business client of Hawk Electronics. She surpassed any expectation I may have had for the event. The food was excellent, she thought of every detail and she was a pleasure to work with. The client was so impressed they requested more information about Lee and her business. I can't wait to work with Lee again in the future!

I've seen Lee organize simple, weekly meetings and larger district events for a group of churches.

Most impressive, I must say, was her single-handed effort and planning of a 165-member volunteer force for the PCUSA General Assembly in June, 1999.  Not only did she organize the group, she oversaw the training, made the lists, made the schedules, arranged public transportation, then created the "after" celebration.  It would not have happened as flawlessly without her skills and leadership.  Her presence was a true blessing to the group.

Lee has an incredible ability to organize and execute plans of action.  I watched her totally revamp an office that was dysfunctional because of lack of organization.  Several years later and with a new secretary, it still functions.
She also planned and implemented a "Spring Fling" day that included muscians, a style show, arts and crafts booths and food.  It was an unbelievable success.  No one else has been brave enough to tackle another one.

Lee put together a great out-of-town shower so that all my school friends and out-of-town relatives could participate. It was great fun! It wasn't a typical, boring, cake-and-punch party. Pro Nuptials also transported my cake and flowers when there was a problem with delivery. It was a pleasure to find someone so organized.

Not sure what, or how, I would have been able to get everyone down the aisle - dressed and flowered - in order - at the right time, to the right music!!!  Plus, it's just so much better if you (as the mother-of-the-bride) are not cranking out orders that the new in-laws resent!  Terrific at the reception, lighting all the votives before the guests arrived, getting everyone thru the buffet line in an orderly way, getting the cake table set up and ready for the bride and groom to cut their cakes, took the pressure (again) off of me!!  And allowed me to concentrate on my daughter and her new husband!
